Large-Lot Experience
Gated Communities
Fire-Zone Smart
From half-acre yards to rural acreage near Los Alamos Hills and La Cresta, we plan long fence runs, wide gates and access for horses, trailers and equipment.
Greer Ranch, Bear Creek and other Murrieta HOAs have design rules. We prepare the material, color and height details your board needs to approve the work.
Murrieta adopted the state's updated fire hazard maps in July 2025. Near the Plateau and other wildland edges, we suggest iron, block or other non-wood options.

How We Serve Murrieta

The Drive
Scheduling
City Rules
Murrieta is about 35 miles south of our Riverside yard. We take the I-15 South through Corona and Lake Elsinore and exit at Clinton Keith Road, California Oaks Road or Murrieta Hot Springs Road.
Off-peak the drive takes around 45 minutes, so we line up Murrieta estimates with nearby jobs and arrive early, before the afternoon heat sets in.
Murrieta limits front-yard fences to 3 feet and side and rear fences to 6 feet. Taller fences need a Building & Safety permit plus Planning approval, which we flag upfront.

Customer Reviews
I had Alpha Company come to my home in Corona to repair a section of old weathered wood fence. Roger was very educational over the phone was able to quote a price through a couple of pictures exchanged on our cell phones came out when he said he would be there and finish the job when he said he was going to I would highly recommend Alpha fence company for any future fence needs
Scott J., Corona
I just purchased a house and needed to add new gate and fence. I was referred to Alpha Company. Roger, the owner was very friendly and was very easy to work with. He gave me one estimate and gave me the timeline for the job, and that was exactly how it happened. He called me after the job was completely to ask me if I was happy with everything, and I really was. I highly recommend them.
Brenda M., Riverside
Roger and his team did an outstanding job! ... Very professional...came for an estimate the same day I called and emailed me the quote within 30 minutes of his visit. ... We replaced a 20+ year old wooden fence with vinyl ... The work was amazing and our new fence is straight as an arrow and solid as a rock.

Distance & City Rules
Lots & Materials
Gated HOAs & Scheduling
Do you really travel to Murrieta?
Yes. Murrieta is about 35 miles south of our yard on the I-15. We schedule estimates there regularly, and they are always free.

What fence heights are allowed in Murrieta?
The city allows 3 feet in front yards and 6 feet on side and rear lines. Fences over 6 feet need a Building & Safety permit and Planning approval.

Is chain link allowed in my front yard?
Not in most Murrieta residential front yards. The city makes exceptions in rural and estate residential zones, and chain link is fine for side, rear and commercial use.
Can you fence horse property or acreage?
Yes. We build rail-style vinyl, iron and chain link fencing with wide gates for large lots in areas like Los Alamos Hills and La Cresta.

Which material handles Murrieta's heat best?
Vinyl and wrought iron handle 90-degree summers with almost no maintenance. Wood works well too but should be sealed and checked every couple of years.

My home is near the Santa Rosa Plateau. What should I build?
Homes near wildland edges may fall in a fire hazard zone. Iron and block put less fuel next to the house than wood, and we can walk you through the options.
Do you work in gated communities like Greer Ranch?
Yes. Bring us your HOA's guidelines and we will build to the approved style, color and height, coordinating gate access with the community.

How quickly can my fence be installed?
Standard residential fences go up in one to two days. Long rural runs and block walls take longer, and your written quote includes a schedule.
