BUILDING FENCES IN CHINO HILLS SINCE 2001
Fence Installation, Block Walls and Custom Gates for Chino Hills, CA Homes and Businesses.

25+
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
ALPHA FENCE COMPANY installs wood, vinyl, wrought iron and chain link fences, block walls and custom gates across Chino Hills, from Los Serranos and Carbon Canyon to Rolling Ridge, Vellano and Butterfield Ranch.
We come over the 71 from our Riverside yard, so a Chino Hills estimate fits in one trip rather than two.
That matters here, because the front yard rules in Chino Hills are stricter than most people expect.

Why Chino Hills Chooses Us

Front-Yard Rules
Canyon Lots
Open-Space Lots
Before we price a Chino Hills front yard, we check whether the run stays under four feet or needs a Minor Exception and open steel. You get that answer with the written quote.
Homes along Carbon Canyon, Soquel Canyon and Butterfield Ranch sit on steep grade. We set posts deeper on the downhill side and step each panel so the fence stays true to the slope.
Lots backing onto Chino Hills State Park open space often need a fence that keeps pets in and coyotes out. We build those back runs taller and close the gap at the base.

How We Serve Chino Hills

.png)

The Drive
HOA Sign-Off
Hillside Installs
Chino Hills is about 30 miles northwest of our Riverside yard. We take the 60 to the 71 and come off at Grand, Peyton or Chino Hills Parkway.
Most Chino Hills tracts need HOA sign-off before work starts, so we send the drawing and material specs the same week as the quote. Once the board approves, we book the install.
A tubular steel front fence is usually a one-day job. Hillside privacy runs take two to three days, since every post on a slope is set and leveled by hand.

Reviews From Our Customers
I had Alpha Company come to my home in Corona to repair a section of old weathered wood fence. Roger was very educational over the phone was able to quote a price through a couple of pictures exchanged on our cell phones came out when he said he would be there and finish the job when he said he was going to I would highly recommend Alpha fence company for any future fence needs
Scott J., Corona
I just purchased a house and needed to add new gate and fence. I was referred to Alpha Company. Roger, the owner was very friendly and was very easy to work with. He gave me one estimate and gave me the timeline for the job, and that was exactly how it happened. He called me after the job was completely to ask me if I was happy with everything, and I really was. I highly recommend them.
Brenda M., Riverside
Roger and his team did an outstanding job! ... Very professional...came for an estimate the same day I called and emailed me the quote within 30 minutes of his visit. ... We replaced a 20+ year old wooden fence with vinyl ... The work was amazing and our new fence is straight as an arrow and solid as a rock.

Permits & Quotes
Materials & Slopes
HOAs & Timing
How far is Alpha Fence from Chino Hills?
Our yard is in Riverside, about 30 miles east. We group Chino Hills estimates by area, so the drive never holds up your quote.
Do I need a permit for a fence in Chino Hills?
A fence up to six feet in the side or rear yard does not need a building permit. In the front yard the limit is four feet, and going higher needs a Minor Exception from the City and the fence has to be open, such as tubular steel. Retaining walls always need a permit.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We walk the property line with you, note the grade and any HOA rules, and send a written quote. There is no fee, and the price holds if you take a few weeks to decide.
Which fence material lasts longest in Chino Hills?
On exposed hillside lots, vinyl and tubular steel hold up best to sun and canyon wind. Wood suits rustic Los Serranos and Sleepy Hollow lots but needs sealing every couple of years.
Can you build on a sloped lot?
Yes, most of our Chino Hills work is on grade. We step the panels on steep lots and rake them on gentle slopes, and on very steep runs we add a short retaining wall below the fence.
Do you do commercial work in Chino Hills?
Yes. We fence commercial lots, schools, churches and apartment properties along Chino Hills Parkway, Peyton Drive and the 71.
My HOA has fence rules. Can you work with that?
Yes. Vellano, Rolling Ridge and Butterfield Ranch each publish their own fence specs. We match the approved color, height and style, and send the drawing your board needs.
How soon can you start?
Front-yard steel fences often start within a week. Hillside jobs and anything that needs a Minor Exception or HOA approval take longer, and we give you a realistic date upfront.
